I've always been the person asking, "There's got to be a better way to do this." I enjoy looking at something that everyone else accepts as "normal" and figuring out why it has to be done that way in the first place. More often than not, it doesn't. I genuinely enjoy solving problems, simplifying complicated processes, and finding creative ways to make life a little easier. That's what eventually pulled me into AI. Not because it's the latest buzzword, but because it's one of the most powerful tools I've found for turning good ideas into practical solutions.
I don't believe most businesses need someone to walk in and flip everything upside down. Most of the time, they're already doing a lot of things right! They're just buried under years of "this is how we've always done it." I like taking the time to understand how a business actually operates before suggesting changes.
